Toddler Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves planning and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of preschool-aged children, ensuring a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages children to express themselves and develop social skills.
• Supervise daily activities, including free play, structured learning, and outdoor playtime, ensuring safety at all times.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for children.
• Conduct regular assessments of children's development and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Provide care for infants and toddlers as needed, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Requirements

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in childcare settings such as daycare or preschool is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• First aid certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
• Ability to create engaging activities that cater to various learning styles and developmental stages.
• Experience with infant care, toddler care, or nannying is beneficial but not mandatory.
