Total Rewards Manager
Massillon, OH (Hybrid Schedule)
The Total Rewards Manager plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees across a dynamic manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, this role supports strategic initiatives and ensures competitive, compliant, and equitable reward practices across all 16 factories and corporate functions.
Responsibilities:
Compensation
- Support the development and administration of base pay structures, incentive programs, and job evaluations.
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- Partner with HRBPs and Operations to address pay-related issues and support workforce planning.
Benefits
- Assist in managing health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs.
- Monitor benefit utilization and employee feedback to recommend improvements.
- Support annual open enrollment and vendor relationships.
Data & Compliance
- Maintain compensation and benefits data integrity across HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FLSA, ACA, etc.).
- Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
Project Management
- Lead or support Total Rewards projects such as compensation reviews, benefits renewals, and policy updates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HRIS teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field (master’s or certification preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site operations preferred.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional)
- CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist)
