Responsible for driving product sales and brand visibility within hospitals and healthcare channels.

This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing relationships with hospital procurement teams, supporting sales efforts, analysing market trends, and overseeing promotional activities like trade shows and formulary listings.

  • Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders, including procurement teams, pharmacists, and other partners.
  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement trade marketing strategies, promotional activities, and brand activation plans specifically for the hospital and healthcare channels.
  • Market analysis: Conduct market analysis, track competitors, and identify opportunities for growth and product listing, such as in hospital formularies and tenders.
  • Budget and performance management: Manage trade marketing budgets, track spending, measure the return on investment (ROI) of programs, and monitor sell-in/sell-out performance.
  • Execution: Ensure the successful execution of in-hospital visibility elements and merchandising standards.
