Job Summary:
An established national law firm is seeking a Trade Remedies Associate with 3+ years of experience handling antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) matters before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission. Candidates should have experience developing legal arguments, preparing administrative records, and supporting complex trade investigations. Preferred office locations include Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and New York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AD/CVD investigations and reviews before U.S. trade agencies.
- Prepare administrative records and develop sophisticated legal arguments.
- Support litigation before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
- Counsel clients on trade policy matters involving the Executive Branch and Congress.
- Advise on trade statutes such as Section 232, Section 301, and IEEPA.
- Provide guidance on trade compliance, regulatory risk, and enforcement strategy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of AD/CVD experience in private practice or government.
- Strong understanding of trade remedy laws and agency procedures.
- Exceptional research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience working on litigation or agency proceedings in the trade remedies space.
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and collaborate within a team environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $235,000 – $300,000 (based on experience, skills, and office location).
