FCSAPI is a leading provider of real-time and historical market data APIs for Forex, Crypto, and Stock markets. Our solutions help trading platforms, brokers, fintech companies, and developers integrate high-quality financial data into their applications.

We are looking for a Trading Solutions Sales Representative to drive new business, engage with clients, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and connect with potential clients in the trading, brokerage, fintech, and investment sectors.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and inbound inquiries.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach.

Client Consultation & Product Presentation

  • Understand client needs and present FCSAPI’s trading solutions effectively.
  • Provide product demonstrations and guide potential clients on API integration.
  • Tailor sales pitches to address trading businesses' challenges.

Deal Negotiation & Closing

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling.

Market Analysis & Competitor Insights

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine solutions.

Relationship Management & Client Retention

  • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional API services.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, fintech sales, or SaaS sales, preferably within trading or financial markets.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets (Forex, Crypto, Stocks) and trading technologies.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent lead generation, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Ability to explain technical API solutions to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
