Location: Jaipur


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, emails, and documentation efficiently.
  • Assist with HR coordination tasks.
  • Support management in organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other official documentation as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.
  • Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office systems and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor
  • s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and record keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
