Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office.

Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.

Handle correspondence, phone calls, emails, and documentation efficiently.

Assist with HR coordination tasks.

Support management in organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare reports, memos, and other official documentation as required.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.

Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and invoice processing.

Ensure smooth functioning of office systems and adherence to company policies.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor
- s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Knowledge of office management procedures and record keeping.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
