Trainee Planning Engineer Civil

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Planning Civil Engineer to join our growing office-based team in Rawalpindi. Although this position is based in Pakistan, you will work on international civil engineering projects across the USA, Australia, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in planning, scheduling, and analyzing large-scale international projects.
• Prepare, edit, and review technical drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Support project cost estimation and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with international teams to ensure timely communication and project updates.
• Ensure compliance with international engineering standards, codes, and best practices.
• Contribute to project documentation, technical reports, and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum CGPA: 3.00 or above.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; able to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and team collaboration abilities.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to professional growth.

• This is a fully office-based position in Rawalpindi — no local site work involved.
• All work involves international projects (USA, Canada, Australia).
