Your Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive, performance-focused training sessions.
• Build sales, communication, and compliance skills through engaging programs.
• Monitor post-training performance and provide personalized coaching.
• Develop impactful training materials, roleplays, and practical activities.
• Collaborate with QA and team leads to identify and close skill gaps.
• Keep sessions lively, goal-oriented, and effective.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Call Center Trainer (required).
• Excellent English communication skills — spoken and written.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer service, and compliance.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and engage trainees.
• Creative and hands-on approach to delivering impactful training.
