Job Summary:
The Training Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs related to ISO certifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role involves assessing training needs, delivering effective training sessions, and continuously improving workforce competency. The Training Manager will also be responsible for maintaining training records and ensuring adherence to quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities:Training Program Development & Delivery:
- Design, develop, and implement training programs related to ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee knowledge and compliance.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules in line with industry standards.
- Ensure training programs meet regulatory and corporate compliance requirements.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure training content aligns with ISO and other relevant industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and audits.
- Assist in the preparation for ISO audits and certification renewals.
- Maintain comprehensive training records and documentation in compliance with audit requirements.
Training Needs Assessment & Improvement:
- Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) to identify skills gaps and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance training effectiveness.
Team Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with internal teams, including HR, Quality Assurance, and Operations, to integrate training initiatives.
- Liaise with external training providers and regulatory bodies as required.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to employees for professional development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or quality management.
- Certifications: Qualified Lead Auditor of any ISO Certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
- Age: Maximum 40 years.
- Relocation/Freelance: Not Acceptable.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Successful implementation of training programs.
- Employee competency improvement metrics.
- Compliance with ISO audit requirements.
- Feedback scores from trainees and stakeholders.
