What you'll do

• Oversee and execute day to day translation projects, including task assignment, resource allocation, progress tracking, and delivery acceptance.
• Ensure translation quality and delivery standards; develop and implement quality improvement measures (including terminology management, style guides, QA processes, etc.).
• Coordinate with product, development, testing, and other cross functional teams; be familiar with the product release process to ensure localization work aligns with product timelines.
• Use data analysis tools (e.g., Excel PivotTables) to provide data support for decision making.
• Assist with daily departmental operations and team management; optimize workflows to improve delivery efficiency.
• Respond promptly to urgent needs, coordinate priority tasks, and ensure smooth team collaboration.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in translation or localization project management; experience in Web3 or software industry is a plus.
• Strong English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to communicate smoothly with overseas colleagues; majors in localization, translation, linguistics, or related fields are preferred.
• Basic technical understanding, familiarity with cross department collaboration, and knowledge of software development and release processes.
• Proficient in office and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel PivotTables); familiarity with CAT tools (Phrase) or localization platforms is a plus.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills, with high resilience and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities; able to effectively drive cross department communication and resource alignment.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment; willing to take on challenges and continuously improve processes.
