Transport Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the transport department.
• Plan and schedule vehicle routes for timely delivery and pickup.
• Maintain and monitor vehicle documentation (RC, insurance, permits, etc.).
• Coordinate with drivers and resolve any issues that arise during transport.
• Track vehicle movement using GPS or logbook systems.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
• Handle maintenance schedules and ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
• Maintain records of fuel usage, mileage, service, and transport expenses.
• Liaise with other departments like dispatch, logistics, and warehouse for smooth operations.
• Prepare daily and monthly transport reports for management.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of transport and logistics operations.
• Route planning and time management
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
