Job Title: Transport Supervisor

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Transport Supervisor with a minimum of 2 year of UAE experience in managing a fleet of vehicles.

The role involves overseeing a fleet of 12 vehicles, including both light and heavy vehicles, ensuring smooth operations for company-related transportation needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fleet Management: Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of company vehicles.
• Trip Planning: Develop and manage schedules for vehicle trips and driver assignments.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, and overall maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Driver Supervision: Assign tasks, manage shifts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Technical Oversight: Possess a strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and engines to ensure efficient fleet operation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in fleet/transport supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and engines.
• Ability to coordinate schedules, optimize routes, and manage vehicle maintenance.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee drivers and operations.
• SHOULD HAVE A VALID UAE DRIVING LICENSE.
