We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Manager to oversee Masarra’s mobility and transportation operations across the UAE. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient transport services that support our guests, partners, and business stakeholders.


Job Scope:


Operational Management

  • Lead daily transport operations, including fleet deployment, utilisation, dispatch, and inspections.
  • Ensure service excellence, SLA adherence, and compliance with transport regulations.
  • Optimise routing, scheduling, fleet performance, and capacity planning.
  • Oversee incident management, contingency plans, and emergency response procedures.
  • Manage manpower planning and operational readiness across all shifts.


Guest Mobility Experience

  • Ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality guest transport.
  • Address complaints, escalations, and lost-item cases in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain and improve guest satisfaction metrics, including CSAT and NPS.


Regulatory Compliance & Permits

  • Manage all UAE transport permits (ITC, RTA, Airport, Police, Municipality).
  • Oversee licensing, renewals, route approvals, and compliance with all regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate inspections, audits, and regulatory submissions.


Fleet Management & Logistics

  • Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure vehicle availability.
  • Support leasing and procurement decisions for fleet expansion.
  • Monitor fuel usage, maintenance costs, and vehicle lifecycle.


Commercial & Revenue Support

  • Support revenue-generating services such as Yas Express, premium transfers, and charters.
  • Work with Sales and Commercial teams on pricing, utilisation, and revenue optimisation.
  • Track operational performance, profitability, and service demand trends.


Financial Management

  • Manage transport OPEX/CAPEX budgets.
  • Lead procurement processes, including PR/PO/RFI/RFQ, vendor reconciliation, and invoice reviews.
  • Provide monthly financial summaries and variance reports.


Supplier & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage transport suppliers, hotel partners, airport authorities, and destination partners.
  • Coordinate mobility operations for major events and new project launches.
  • Oversee internal booking systems and demand management processes.


Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in transport operations, fleet management, or logistics.
  • Strong experience in vendor management and operational planning.


Desirable:

  • Lean/Six Sigma certification.
  • Knowledge of UAE transport regulatory frameworks (ITC, RTA, DoT, Airport Authorities).


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of transport logistics and fleet deployment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, routing tools, and GPS/telemetry systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to handle emergencies, escalations, and high-pressure operational situations.
