Phoenix Travel Management (Pvt) Ltd is hiring Fresh Graduates for the role of Sales Support Associate (Travel Consultant) at our Blue Area, Islamabad office.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding tours, attractions, and holiday packages.
• Process confirmed bookings ensuring all details are recorded as per company SOPs.
• Prepare customized itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
• Respond to inbound and outbound sales inquiries through calls and emails.
• Manage reservations for hotels, travel packages, cruises, Euro Rail, transportation, ferries, events, and travel insurance.
• Advise clients on suitable travel options and cross-sell tours, accommodations, and transportation.
• Stay updated on visa policies, documentation requirements, and travel protocols.
• Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after the sale to ensure service quality.
• Follow company protocols, guidelines, and customer service standards.

This position is a learning opportunity, where you will gain practical knowledge of travel sales and reservations, with mentorship and support from senior team members.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Presentable and well-spoken with professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and a professional work ethic.
• Ability to handle international clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp/web chat in English only.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Age: 20–25 years (Male or Female).
• Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus but not mandatory.

• Starting Salary: Rs 35,000 per month
• After Probation: Salary increases to Rs 40,000 per month (upon successful completion of 2-month probation)
