About the role

As a Flight Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to promote and sell flight tickets to customers primarily based in the UK market. You will handle inbound inquiries, make outbound sales calls, and provide travel advice to customers while achieving sales targets.

Roles &Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, fares, and travel-related queries
  • Promote flight deals, special offers, and travel packages to customers
  • Upsell additional services such as travel insurance and hotel accommodations
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth booking process.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in the travel industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in using GDS software and other sales tools
