About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spanish-speaking Travel Sales Executive to join our growing international sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international travel sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. This is a target-driven role, with a focus on providing tailored travel solutions to Spanish-speaking clients across global markets, primarily during U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with Spanish-speaking clients inquiring about international travel services.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized travel options including flights, accommodations, and vacation packages.
  • Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) to search, book, and issue tickets accurately.
  • Promote and upsell travel-related services, such as travel insurance, hotel upgrades, and guided tour packages.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and post-booking support.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the sales manager.
  • Ensure all bookings, communications, and client interactions are accurately documented in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in international travel sales or a similar role.
  • Fluency in Spanish is mandatory. Proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of fare search and optimization on meta-sites for Spanish regions.
  • Ability to generate bookings and drive sales through various Spanish and global meta platforms.
  • Skilled in comparing fares with competitors and updating pricing as per airline contracts.
  • Proficient in fare calculation, seasonality checks, and FBC analysis based on fare rules.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Comfortable working during night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
