Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Post-Travel Consultant with strong knowledge of ticketing processes. The candidate will handle post-travel support, ticket reissuance, amendments, refunds, customer queries, and coordination with airlines. The role requires excellent communication skills, accuracy in documentation, and hands-on experience with GDS/airline portals.

Requirements:

• Experience in travel ticketing (mandatory)
• Knowledge of reissue, refunds, and fare rules
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in travel systems/GDS preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
