Sales Executive - International Tours
Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our International Tours division. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for travel, good destination knowledge, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful bookings. This role involves promoting and selling fixed international group tour packages, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving monthly sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries for international tour packages and provide suitable options.
- Prepare itineraries, quotations, and package details for customers.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective follow-up and communication.
- Explain package inclusions, exclusions, visa requirements, and travel guidelines.
- Coordinate with operations, ticketing, and visa teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
- Meet monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports.
- Stay updated on international destinations, travel trends, and pricing.
- Attend customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in customers professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer data and follow proper documentation procedures.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in International Tour Sales.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations and tour products.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and travel portals.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Travel & Tourism background preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in International Tour Sales.
- Knowledge of international destinations, itineraries, and travel products.
- Familiarity with visa requirements and basic ticketing is an added advantage.
Skills
