Sales Executive - International Tours

Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our International Tours division. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for travel, good destination knowledge, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful bookings. This role involves promoting and selling fixed international group tour packages, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving monthly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries for international tour packages and provide suitable options.
  • Prepare itineraries, quotations, and package details for customers.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective follow-up and communication.
  • Explain package inclusions, exclusions, visa requirements, and travel guidelines.
  • Coordinate with operations, ticketing, and visa teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports.
  • Stay updated on international destinations, travel trends, and pricing.
  • Attend customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in customers professionally.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and follow proper documentation procedures.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in International Tour Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of international destinations and tour products.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and travel portals.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Travel & Tourism background preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in International Tour Sales.
  • Knowledge of international destinations, itineraries, and travel products.
  • Familiarity with visa requirements and basic ticketing is an added advantage.

Skills

  • Strong communication and customer handling skills.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
  • Ability to prepare itineraries, quotations, and package presentations.
  • Good follow-up skills and target-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email writing, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and team spirit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
