Salary: Up to ₹50,000 + Incentives
Employment Type: Full-Time | Rotational Shifts

What You’ll Do:

• Handle client inquiries and reservations, including booking, confirmations, and profile management.
• Research travel options to secure the best value for clients.
• Issue E-tickets and complete travel documentation.
• Advise on travel requirements such as passports, baggage, online check-in, etc.
• Manage ticket exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
• Apply deep knowledge of airfare structures and ticketing rules.

What We’re Looking For:

• Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS.
• Background in both leisure and corporate travel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Passion for customer service excellence.
• Flexibility to work on a rotational schedule.
