Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales by promoting travel packages and services, converting inquiries into bookings, and meeting sales targets. The role includes responding to customer queries, providing accurate travel information, delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
- Assist clients with ticket bookings, visa applications, and other travel-related services.
-Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings to meet and exceed sales targets.
-Maintain strong product knowledge to answer queries effectively.
- Provide personalized assistance and recommendations based on client needs.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in travel regulations.
