Experience, Education and Skills Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields from reputable universities,

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance / Treasury / Corporate & Commercial Banking departments of multinational companies and/or banks,

- Excellent command of written and spoken English,

- Experience in financial/credit analysis, credit line allocation processes with banks/financial institutions, ECA transactions, bank syndication loans, project/working capital financing, and related contracts & documentation,

- A broad network of banks/financial institutions,

- Knowledge of banking products and financial instruments,

- Experience with SAP HANA FI+TRM module,

- Proficiency in MS Office applications and preferably Bloomberg/360T terminals,

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills,

- Strong self‑motivation, ability to encourage new ideas, share them with the team, and collaboratively develop them,

- Ability to understand and improve cross‑departmental processes,

- Ability to work with a global team,

- Strong communication skills,

- Detail‑oriented and diligent



Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage all strategic and operational relationships with banks and financial institutions, debt investors, and rating agencies,

- Manage limit allocation and borrowing processes with banks, international financial institutions, ECAs, global financing companies, and local financing partners to meet Siro Energy’s financing and refinancing needs,

- Contribute to the negotiation and finalization of Confidentiality Agreements (NDA), General Loan Agreements (GLA), Basic Banking Services Agreements (BBSA), term sheets and other financing documents under Project Finance, ensuring alignment with company interests,

- Monitor financial risks, hedge when necessary, and report, while actively contributing to the development of Siro Energy’s financial strategies with a focus on continuously optimizing the debt portfolio and reducing financing costs,

- Take necessary actions to ensure the asset portfolio, in addition to the debt portfolio, is managed with maximum efficiency; maintain communication with financial institutions and closely monitor market developments,

- Closely monitor all legal and banking regulation changes that may affect manufacturing and exporting/importing companies, and take necessary actions to ensure rapid adaptation to new requirements,

- Manage not only cash but also non‑cash credit processes with domestic and international financial institutions,

- Follow the regulatory documents required to be issued such as IBKB (Foreign Exchange Proceeds Acceptance Certificate),

- Provide technical support to other departments regarding banking products (e.g., content of letters of guarantee or letters of credit), and ensure the procurement of such products under the most competitive terms when requested.

- Monitor the timely and accurate submission of reports required by regulators such as the BRSA and the CBRT, which are followed through the banks.

- Track trends to enable the digitalization of all treasury and financing processes, present them to management, and implement them upon approval.

- Fulfill all reporting requests from management related to treasury and financing.

- Establish and implement operational and structural workflow processes in line with company procedures.
