About the Roles
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Product Listing and Content Coordinator to manage Tree-Free Greetings product presence, from initial concept feedback and content development to order fulfillment. This role is crucial in ensuring Tree-Free Greetings greeting card products are accurately, attractively, and effectively presented across all platforms, driving sales, and maintaining brand consistency. This position will report to the Manager of Content Development.
Key Responsibilities
Art and Content Development
- Customer Insights: Design and implement quarterly surveys to gauge customer opinions on new greeting card concepts. Analyze survey data and translate it into an actionable and easily accessible report for product development teams.
- Quality Assurance: Assist with the meticulous proofing of new greeting card drafts, both digitally and physically, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
Item Setup and Intellectual Property Management
- Licensing Management: Act as the primary point of contact for managing licensing agreements for artwork and content.
- Royalty Administration: Be responsible for accurate tracking and assigning royalty rates based on contractual agreements.
- Content Renewal: Proactively monitor and manage all licensed content to ensure that any agreements approaching expiration are flagged, and renewal/cancellation processes are executed in a timely manner.
- Item Number & UPC Management: Maintain and assign Item Numbers and UPC codes for new products and ensure accurate communication of this information to sales representatives and internal team.
Product Listing Management & E-commerce
- Listing Creation: Create, upload, and manage new and existing product listings across all platforms (including websites, Faire, and Amazon).
- SEO Content: Write compelling, SEO-friendly product descriptions and titles that accurately reflect Tree-Free Greetings greeting card designs and brand voice.
- Data Integrity: Ensure all product listings are complete with high-quality images, accurate pricing, relevant product details, and up-to-date information reflecting inventory, promotions, and new product launches.
- Merchandising: Maintain an organized product catalog on Tree-Free Greetings website and Faire, ensuring products are properly categorized and easy for customers to find.
- Promotions: Assist in setting up online promotions, sales, and seasonal collections.
Item Coordination
- Asset Management: Gather and organize all necessary assets for new products, including images, descriptions, and SKUs.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely process for bringing new products to market online.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce product listing management, content creation, or digital merchandising, preferably within the CPG or creative/retail industry. Experience with intellectual property management and royalty assignments is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail. Must be an excel super user.
- Technical: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Faire, etc.) and experience with Amazon Seller Central is a significant plus. Experience with UPC systems is beneficial.
- Analytical: Ability to design simple surveys, analyze data, and create clear, actionable reports.
- Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
