About the Role

We are hiring an experienced U.S. Truck Dispatcher to join our logistics operations. You will manage freight loads, coordinate with drivers & brokers, monitor trips live, and ensure smooth & timely deliveries across U.S. lanes. This is an excellent growth-oriented role for professionals with dispatching background.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and dispatch drivers for U.S. freight loads
• Monitor trips in real-time and maintain driver communication
• Book and manage loads using load boards & dispatch software
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers, drivers & clients
• Resolve routing, scheduling & delivery issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate trip logs and compliance documentation

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken & written) — mandatory
• Minimum 8 months experience in U.S. Truck Dispatch (required)
• Knowledge of load boards & U.S. logistics operations
• Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills
• Computer literate and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working night shift (5 PM – 2 AM)
