Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily sales operations, including sales optimization, sales closing, and initial dispatch (if needed). Additional responsibilities include managing compliance and documentation, handling sales team and getting maximum out of them, providing dedicated support to drivers and clients, and monitoring performance. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure the efficient movement of goods and resolution of any issues.


Qualifications

  • Experience in load booking, rate negotiation, and route optimization, along with Fleet Management
  • Capacity of handling staff and keeping the floor operations alligned accordingly
  • Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA compliance and documentation management
  • Skills in invoicing, payment management, and coordination with brokers
  • Strong problem-solving and effective communication skills
  • Ability to provide dedicated support and resolve issues promptly
  • Understanding of safety monitoring and risk management
  • Proficiency in using dispatch software and real-time tracking tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or dispatching are a plus
  • Applicant MUST HAVE 1 year of experince in active sales and must have portfolio of team management. (recommendation letter from previous company)
