About The Role

We are looking for a hardworking, driven individual with superb energy, passion, and initiative for new business acquisition. The Enterprise Account Executive will formulate and execute a sales strategy within an assigned territory, driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition. Candidates based in Dubai are preferred for our hybrid model.

Impact you will have
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users
  • Build strong relationships that lead to growth opportunities
  • Partner with Solution Architects and work with Professional Services to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with enterprise ecosystem partners and channel partners to maximize deal sizes
  • Participate in sales enablement trainings, including Sales Bootcamp and leadership development programs
What you bring to the table
  • 3+ years of field software sales with quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced market; proven ability to open new accounts and sell across business units
  • History of overachievement and meeting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Co-selling with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and large GSIs (e.g., Accenture, KPMG)
  • Skilled at building business champions
  • Driven and competitive; strong desire to succeed
  • Native Turkish speaker
  • Fluent in English
