is looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Turnaround Maintenance Engineer.
This role demands an experienced
Mechanical Engineer
with strong expertise in
project execution, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Key Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for planning, directing, and managing the daily operations of shutdowns, retrofit projects, and commercial-related operational matters to ensure that all execution-related jobs are completed within time and budget in accordance with the internationally accepted QHSE standards.

Oversee the regular monitoring and maintenance of static equipment, including furnaces, columns, and vessels, in oil and gas plants.

Ensure that all the requisite resources, including Manpower, materials, equipment, and plant, are organised, well planned, optimised, and according to the shutdowns/projects schedule.

Ensures that Descon’s project management systems are properly implemented at the site so that appropriate reports are generated, and corrective and preventive actions are taken after thorough analysis.
Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Discipline.

Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of extensive experience in Oil & Gas Turnarounds and retrofit projects. Candidates with hands-on experience in the maintenance of reformers/furnaces will be preferred.
