UAE National - Associate Analyst - Asset Management (Hospitality Sector)

We’re looking for an Associate Analyst to join a dynamic Asset Management team supporting hotel advisory and operational excellence across the region.

This role offers an incredible opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, analyzing hotel performance, supporting management decisions, and helping ensure each property meets its financial and operational goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct financial and operational analysis across assigned hotel portfolios
• Support the Asset Management team with reports, presentations, and research
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with daily operational activities
• Participate in meetings and build relationships with hotel operators and clients

What We’re Looking For

• UAE National with a valid Family Book
• University degree (Finance, Business, or related field)
• Background in financial or business analysis
• Understanding of hotel KPIs and financial statements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in the GCC region is a plus
• Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn
