UAE National Product Information Coordinator

We are looking for a Product Information Coordinator -UAE National to thrive within our Production team. If you are passionate, ambitious, and ready to be part of a fast-growing team, we'd love to hear from you!

Support the Copy Editors on product descriptions and ensure that our customers see detailed and accurate product information. To handle inventory as it comes into the studio and retrieve information, such as measurements, composition and specific design details.

What you'll be doing?

• Ensuring the flow of products within the studio runs smoothly (ensuring the product goes through all necessary steps for styling, photography, and copy purposes)
• Creating and organizing the Product Information Sheet making sure that all products have complete and accurate data
• Executing data accuracy and completeness checks for all product categories
• Recording product measurements and material information across a variety of product types and styles
• Inputting the above details into an internal database/catalog and communicating changes or updates to other product information stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned by Copy Team

What We Look For?

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising or any related field
• 1-2 years of ecommerce production experience
• Team player mentality
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel is a must)
• Good knowledge of fashion garments vocabularyInterested in problem solving
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Highly flexible and adaptable to working in an ambiguous environment
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment which is not temperature regulated, as well as in an office setting when required
• Sharp attention to detail with ability to multi-task and balance a number of key deadlines and tasks simultaneously
