UI UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product, development, and marketing teams to deliver impactful designs that enhance user satisfaction and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and gather design requirements
• Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and prototypes
• Design modern, responsive, and visually appealing UI layouts
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy during implementation
• Improve existing UX by identifying usability issues and proposing solutions
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX work
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
• Understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and modern design trends
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design standards
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (optional but preferred)
• Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
