Position Overview
We are looking for an innovative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with prior experience in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will design intuitive digital interfaces that enhance guest experience, streamline operations, and support business growth across hospitality-driven platforms such as booking engines, event platforms, mobile apps, and customer engagement tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for hospitality platforms including booking systems, event portals, service request apps, and customer engagement tools
- Conduct user research with guests, clients, and internal teams to understand behavior, pain points, and expectations
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs tailored to hospitality use cases
- Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, events, and tech teams to build guest-centric solutions
- Optimize digital touchpoints for smoother guest journeys—from inquiry to check-out
- Ensure all designs align with brand aesthetics and hospitality service standards
- Conduct usability testing and analyse performance across web and mobile interfaces
- Maintain design systems, UI libraries, and consistent visual style across hotel/event platforms
- Stay updated with trends in hotel tech, guest experience solutions, and digital hospitality innovations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer within hospitality, events, hotels, or travel-tech industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing hospitality-related UX and UI projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Deep understanding of guest journey mapping and service design
- Knowledge of booking flows, property management systems, CRM workflows, and event management platforms
- Strong grasp of UX research, prototyping, usability testing, and responsive design
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
