UI / UX Designer (Figma + AI)

Clan Commincations is currently hiring for the following position.

Position Title: UI / UX Designer (Figma + AI)
Location: Johar Town, Lahore (On-Site)
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000/month (Depends on experties)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, develop personas, and map user journeys.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma & FigJam.
• Utilize AI tools (Galileo AI, Uizard, Figma AI plugins, ChatGPT prompts) to enhance workflow.
• Design responsive web and mobile interfaces for SaaS products, dashboards, and MVPs.
• Ensure pixel-perfect developer handoff with components and documentation.
• Deliver fast iterations — same-day design updates and 24-hour turnaround where needed.
• Collaborate with Creative Lead and development teams for project execution.
• Test UX flows, gather feedback, and execute improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts or related field.
• Experience: 3–5+ years of proven UI/UX design experience.
• Expert in Figma, FigJam, and AI-based design tools.
• Strong knowledge of UX processes, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
• Familiarity with SaaS and product-focused UI design.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet tight turnaround deadlines.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise.

Important Note:

Applicants must not apply if they:

• Do not have proven Figma and UI/UX workflow experience.
• Cannot communicate fluently in English.
• Lack hands-on experience with AI design tools.
• Are unable to meet fast design delivery timelines.
