Roles and Responsibilities (WordPress UI/UX Designer)

• WordPress Website Designing: Create clean, modern, and user-friendly layouts using WordPress page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, etc.). Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and visual consistency across all pages.

• UI/UX Designing: Translate project requirements into intuitive interfaces and engaging user experiences for WordPress-based websites.

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Prepare wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize website structure and user journeys. Coordinate with developers to turn designs into functional pages.

• Theme Layout Optimization: Customize and refine theme designs, improve navigation flows, and ensure visual harmony throughout the site.

• Responsive Design: Ensure every page and design element looks and works perfectly on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

• User Research & Testing: Perform basic user research, analyze behavior, and conduct usability checks to enhance overall design effectiveness.

• Content Writing: Draft simple, clear, and user-friendly content for website sections, banners, UI text, and landing pages when needed.

• Plugin & UI Element Understanding: Work with common WordPress plugins and understand how UI changes affect functionality and performance.

• Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with developers, content teams, and project managers to ensure smooth implementation of design concepts.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science, or UI/UX Design (Preferred).
