Senior UI/UX Designer — Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior UI/UX Designer to lead design initiatives and drive end-to-end product experience. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and a proven track record of designing high-impact digital products.

Responsibilities

Lead UX strategy, user research, customer journey mapping & usability insights

Translate complex product requirements into intuitive UI/UX solutions

Create wireframes, prototypes, design systems, style guides & interaction models

Review and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency

Collaborate with product managers, developers & stakeholders to align direction

Conduct usability testing & interpret metrics to improve user experience

Present design concepts & decision rationale to executive teams and clients

Maintain and evolve scalable UI component libraries across platforms

Ensure accessibility standards, design guidelines & brand alignment

Requirements

4–8+ years of professional UI/UX design experience

Strong portfolio showcasing real-world product design & case studies

Expert in Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD and prototyping tools

Strong understanding of UX research, IA, design systems & responsive design

Ability to solve complex UX problems and deliver data-driven decisions

Excellent communication, leadership & stakeholder management skills

Experience working in Agile / SCRUM teams with dev collaboration

Good to Have

It will be more advantageous if you are familiar with Marvel, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, Sketch, UXPin, Proto.io, and Figma.

Knowledge of front-end basics: HTML / CSS / React handoff knowledge

Motion graphics & micro-animations (After Effects)

Product strategy & user analytics (Hotjar, Mixpanel)

Experience in SaaS / fintech / e-commerce products
