UI/UX Designer

About the Role:

As a UI/UX Designer at NJgraphica, you’ll work on websites, apps, and digital products that don’t just look good — they feel right. You’ll collaborate with our development and marketing teams to create seamless, intuitive, and visually stunning digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product, marketing, and development teams to understand requirements and user needs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement.
• Conduct UX research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability.
• Ensure design consistency with brand identity and accessibility standards.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Basic knowledge of responsive design and the mobile-first approach.
• Good understanding of user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
