UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with hands-on experience in designing modern, user-centric e-commerce websites. The ideal candidate should be skilled at understanding business goals, transforming them into intuitive user experiences, and creating pixel-perfect interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business goals into seamless user experiences.
• Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Optimize user flows for product discovery, checkout, and conversion to improve overall usability.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices in e-commerce design.
• Work with the front-end development team to ensure accurate design implementation using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern frameworks (a plus).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the e-commerce domain.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI design and prototyping.
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience designing for mobile-first and responsive web interfaces.
• Ability to create and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (basic understanding preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
