Role Summary
IBL Unisys is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to design seamless, intuitive, and visually stunning interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final handoff.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Maintain and evolve the company’s design system and brand consistency across all products.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (preferably in a tech or software company).
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
Excellent understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and user psychology.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
