UI/UX Designer – 3+ Years

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with strong communication skills and hands-on experience delivering 20+ completed projects. Must be highly skilled in Figma, with additional exposure to Framer, Lovable, AI tools, animations, and micro-interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, gather requirements, and present design ideas.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and complete design systems.
• Convert minimal inputs or briefs into full design solutions.
• Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, user flows, and journeys.
• Work on web/mobile designs and collaborate with developers/PMs.
• Use tools: Figma (mandatory), FigJam, Framer, Lovable, ProtoPie/Principle.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years of professional UI/UX experience.
• Portfolio with 20+ completed projects across multiple domains.
• Strong understanding of modern design trends, UX principles, and prototyping.
• Experience with animations/motion UI (Lottie/Rive preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Nice to Have Experience in:

E-commerce, Healthcare, Education/LMS, Logistics, FinTech, SaaS, Social Apps, Marketplace Platforms.
