About Joinco Games

Joinco Games is a fast-growing mobile game studio based in İzmir. We are currently in the technical launch phase of our casual multiplayer football game  Angry Goals , while actively developing our new shark-themed casual arcade title.

With our in-house  Rapid Development Framework , we focus on building high-quality games with speed, creativity, and data-driven decision making.

We are expanding our team and looking for a talented  UI/UX Designer  who will help shape the user experience and visual identity of our upcoming global titles.

Responsibilities

• Design complete UI flows from wireframe to prototype to final visual assets
• Create all core UI components such as menus, HUD elements, pop-ups, icons, onboarding, and feedback systems
• Develop user-centered UX flows and collaborate closely with design, art, and development teams
• Prepare and organize UI assets using Figma and Photoshop
• Import UI assets into Unity correctly and build optimized sprite atlases (slicing, anchoring, atlas grouping, responsive layout, resolution optimization)
• Ensure visual consistency across all screens and device types
• Build interactive prototypes for user testing and iteration
• Improve UI/UX through A/B testing and adjustments based on user data and gameplay metrics

Requirements

• Experience in UI/UX design for mobile games or digital products
• Strong command of  Figma  and  Adobe Photoshop
• Hands-on experience in  Unity UI implementation  (sprite export, slicing, pivots, anchors, canvas setup)
• Solid understanding of mobile UX, readability, layout structure, and visual hierarchy
• Strong portfolio showcasing game UI/UX or interactive design work (Required)
• Ability to work fast and iterate quickly within a collaborative environment
