UI/UX Designer Intern (Intern cum Employment Opportunity)

Location: Hi-tech city, Hyderabad
Employment Type: Internship (6 Months)
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Post-Internship CTC: ₹3 LPA

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused UI/UX Designer Intern to join our team. This role is designed as an internship with potential full-time employment, based on performance during the 6-month training period.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups using industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Support the team in improving the overall user experience and design consistency.
• Work on iterative design changes based on feedback and usability testing.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator.
• Ability to create clean and visually appealing layouts.
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is an added advantage (not mandatory).

Eligibility

• Students or fresh graduates from Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related fields.
• Candidates who have completed certified courses or projects in UI/UX are preferred.
• Portfolio showcasing design work (academic or self-initiated projects) is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
