Job Overview

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to join our onsite team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should excel in creating user-centered designs, intuitive interfaces, and engaging user experiences for both web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and convert insights into design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma / Adobe XD.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and deliver pixel-perfect designs.
• Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on feedback and analytics.
• Ensure consistent branding and user experience across all platforms.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of proven UI/UX design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, and prototyping.
• Experience with responsive web and mobile UI design.
• Good communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus.
