Position: UI/UX Designer (React + AI Experience)

Rate: $45/Hr C2C

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with strong React development expertise to join our onsite team in Tampa, FL. This hybrid role uniquely blends user-centric design, front-end development, and AI-powered product innovation. You will collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and product teams to translate concepts into intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable user experiences.

This position requires a designer who is equally comfortable creating interactive prototypes and implementing them using React, while also contributing to AI-driven feature design and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop interactive prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps that communicate design ideas effectively.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to drive continuous UX improvements.
• Conceptualize and build AI-powered features that enhance usability and intelligence within applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate and fine-tune AI/ML models.
• Work with AI frameworks and APIs (ML, NLP, predictive analytics) to support product capabilities.
• Partner with front-end developers to implement designs using React.
• Develop reusable React components and integrate design assets into the application codebase.
• Ensure consistency across designs, adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.
• Stay up to date on UI/UX best practices, design trends, and emerging technologies.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with practical exposure to React development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern UI/UX work and responsive design.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of React.js, JSX, components, hooks, and state management.
• Strong knowledge of front-end fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
