Position: UI/UX Design Intern

Location: Trivandrum

Duration: 3 Months

Responsibilities:

• User Research:
• Conduct user research to understand our target audience's needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform design decisions.
• Wireframing and Prototyping:
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.
• Visual Design:
• Develop visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces that align with the brand identity.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure consistency in visual elements.
• Usability Testing:
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on the usability and effectiveness of designs.
• Incorporate insights from usability testing into design refinements.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated user experience.
• Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Stay Updated:
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance design processes.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
