Help shape the future of digital experiences for one of the world’s leading automotive manufacturers. In this mid-level role, you’ll own end-to-end UX/UI design work—from research and concepting to polished UI and engineering handoff. You’ll support cross-brand design system and bring user-centered thinking into every corner of the product experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead UX/UI design from concept through production-ready assets
Conduct user research & translate insights into flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Build interaction patterns and contribute to design system
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholder groups
Present work confidently & clearly in reviews and workshops
Advocate for accessibility, usability, and user-centered design
Must-Haves:
3–5 years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience
Strong portfolio with shipped or production-ready digital products
Expertise in Figma + proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
Strong grasp of UCD, design thinking, interaction design, and usability principles
Excellent communication & cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice-to-Haves:
Automotive or mobility industry experience (highly preferred per hiring manager)
Experience with 3D or motion tools (Cinema 4D, Alias, Blender, etc.)
Familiarity with real-time/embedded environments (Kanzi, Unreal, Unity)
Accessibility and inclusive design knowledge
Experience mentoring junior designers
