We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team on behalf of a prestigious client in the oil and gas sector. Based in Dubai, this role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oil and gas safety operations and a passion for fostering a proactive HSE culture.

Key Responsibilities of Ultimate HR Solutions

Monitor and enforce HSE standards, policies, and procedures on-site.
Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards.
Provide HSE training and awareness sessions to employees and contractors.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and corrective action plans.
Ensure compliance with UAE HSE legislation and international best practices.
Maintain and update HSE documentation and records.
Collaborate with project teams to promote continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Support emergency response planning and conduct drills as needed.

Qualification Required for Ultimate HR Solutions

Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety or Environmental Science
Professional HSE qualification from recognized international organization (e.g. BCSP, NEBOSH, IOSH).
Thorough knowledge of local and federal Government HSE regulations
Knowledge of HSE management system; hazard & risk management.
A minimum of 6 years experience within Health, Safety and Environment function.
Relevant training courses in HSE.
