Monday – Friday 7am -3:30 pm

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Georgia with two years of long term care nursing experience.

General interest and concern for working with the elderly.

Coordinate and supervise the day to day nursing care for all residents, emphasizing the implementation and documentation of all therapeutic regimens in accordance to Federal, State and Local regulations

Assist, as needed, staff nurse and CNAs with resident care, through supervision and direct hands on care as required.

Being an interdepartmental liaison in matters regarding resident care.

Daily/Weekly review and evaluate all nursing documentation, reporting discrepancies, supervision needed corrections, including daily notes, Medicare notes, weights.

Consult with Physicians, Therapy and other departments regarding residents condition and needed.

Monitor laboratory test, x-rays and other diagnostic treatments ordered for residents. Ensure that physician and family notified of results and follow up done as needed.

Assist with Initial Admissions, Readmissions and Discharges of residents.

Being an interdepartmental liason in matters regarding resident care.
