Upholstery Sales Executive

Job Summary

JR Industries is looking for a skilled Upholstery Sales Executive with hands-on experience in upholstery and joinery within the UAE market. The role focuses on driving sales, managing client relationships, and providing technical guidance on upholstery solutions for interior fit-out and joinery projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of upholstery materials, processes, and project execution in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales and develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Provide expert advice on upholstery products, materials, finishes, and joinery solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical specifications to clients.
• Collaborate with design, production, and project teams to ensure accurate order execution.
• Follow up on inquiries, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and attend industry exhibitions as needed.
• Maintain records of sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
• Stay updated on industry developments, competitor offerings, and new upholstery techniques.
• Support the sales manager in achieving revenue targets and business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in upholstery sales, preferably with joinery/interior fit-out projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of upholstery materials, processes, and finishes.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand project specifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
