Salary: Rs 50,000 – Rs 60,000 per month + Commission

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to manage and grow our client base on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other online platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of web design and development services and be confident in writing engaging, tailored proposals.

Responsibilities

• Search, identify, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms
• Write customized, engaging, and winning proposals to attract potential clients
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand project scope and requirements
• Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams for successful project delivery
• Maintain daily bidding and lead reports while achieving monthly targets
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Strong understanding of web design, web development, WordPress, and digital marketing services
• Ability to work evening shift (5 PM – 2 AM)
• Must be able to work onsite at Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven individual
