Upwork Bidder (Fresh Graduate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching and identifying relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
• Learn to craft professional, tailored proposals for potential clients.
• Communicate with clients under supervision to understand their project needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to prepare accurate project estimates and proposals.
• Maintain organized records of bids, client responses, and communication history.
• Provide support to senior bidders in managing client relationships and ongoing project pipelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic familiarity with freelancing platforms such as Upwork or Fiverr (training will be provided).
• A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks responsibly.
