Upwork Bidder / Proposal Writer

We are looking for a skilled Upwork Bidder / Proposal Writer to join our team and help us secure high-quality projects on Upwork. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, the ability to understand client requirements, and the talent to write compelling proposals that convert.
This position involves working night shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM, Monday to Saturday, at our office in Bahria Town, Phase 4, Civic Center, Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork
• Write customized and persuasive proposals
• Communicate with clients professionally
• Understand project requirements and coordinate with the internal team
• Maintain a strong conversion rate
• Manage follow-ups and keep track of conversations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Upwork bidder (preferred)
• Excellent English writing & communication skills
• Ability to understand IT, development, design, or digital marketing projects
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Must be consistent and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in BSCS, BSIT, or a related field is required

Minimum of 1 years of experience using computer software/tools (preferred)
