Job Summary

The Urban Designer will support the Business Development Department by developing master planning concepts, urban layouts, and spatial studies that align with the company's strategic development goals. The role focuses on translating business and investment concepts into urban design proposals, supporting feasibility studies, and providing design input for large scale developments and tenders. This position does not involve site supervision but plays a key role in shaping projects at the master plan and pre execution stage.

Concept & Feasibility Development

Qualifications
